AV Requirements
- Wireless Lavaliere Microphone with fresh batteries hooked into the sound system
- Back-up microphone
- LCD Projector
- Large Screen - as large as the room will allow, we bring our own computer from which we play our DVD's and powerpoint presentations.
- Audio/Sound with Sound Patch to presenters laptop (DVDs with sound are played during keynote)
- Robyn will need a VGA and audio connection for her laptop. Her presentation will run off of that laptop by an operator that she is bringing, this operator will need to be within eyeshot of Robyn while she's on stage, but positioned in such a way as to be unobtrusive to the audience.
